Quote and Sign vs Bonsai
Updated September 19, 2026. Bonsai pricing read September 2026.
An honest comparison for people choosing proposal software. Bonsai's prices and features are taken from hellobonsai.com as read in September 2026; if something has changed since, tell us through the contact form and it will be corrected.
The short version. Bonsai is an all-in-one freelancer suite priced per user; proposals are one module and need at least the Essentials plan. Quote and Sign charges a flat price per account, lets the client change options on the page, keeps a verifiable acceptance record, and publishes its source code. If you are a freelancer, a studio or a small agency sending proposals rather than managing a sales floor, the flat price usually wins. If you need a native Salesforce or HubSpot app today, Bonsai has it and we do not.
